• Experience with CRM or booking systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Promote and upsell concierge services to guests.
• Communicate with guests via WhatsApp, phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to fulfill bookings.
• Upsell tours, transfers, dining, wellness, and events.
• Handle guest requests accurately and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest interaction records in systems.
