Job summary

Lemonilo, a leading Indonesian health and wellness CPG brand, seeks a Compliance Team member to ensure operations align with internal policies and external standards.

You will support policy development, maintain compliance documentation, and provide guidance across Legal, Internal Audit, and other relevant teams while modeling ethical conduct.

This role requires a Law degree with at least two years in compliance in an FMCG multinational and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise internal compliance policies, SOPs, and business practices.
• Manage internal compliance implementation across operations.
• Support investigations on non-compliance incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date written documentation about compliance policies, procedures, processes, and reports.
• Provide compliance guidance for all initiatives and engage with internal and external parties and act as a role model for proper conduct across business areas.
• Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and other relevant business units.

Job description

As a Compliance Team, you will play an important role in ensuring the company’s operations comply with internal policies and applicable standards. You will support compliance policy development and implementation, maintain compliance documentation, provide guidance on compliance matters, and collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, and other relevant teams.

What are we looking for?

• Have a Law Degree.
• Have at least 2 year experience in compliance and PPGR in a FMCG multinational company (would be a plus).
• Deep understanding of compliance and internal control governance and framework, with relevant knowledge in establishing and implementing policies and procedures within the company.
• Strong project / stakeholder management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ethical integrity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear presentations to interact with broad ranges of audiences or stakeholders with different backgrounds.
• Ability to empathize and collaborate with various senior stakeholders from other functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and structured thought process in order to make relevant policies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
