PT ASURANSI SIMAS JIWA is seeking an Internal Auditor to conduct audits in line with the annual plan, focusing on internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance with OJK and PSAK in Indonesia.

You will identify weaknesses, propose practical improvements, prepare and present findings, support investigations, and coordinate with business units and external auditors. A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in audit are required; life-insurance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 2+ years of internal/external audit experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or public accounting firms.
• Experience as internal auditor in a life insurance company preferred.
• Strong understanding of internal control, risk, and audit principles.
• Familiar with OJK regulations, PSAK, and GCG practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Professional certifications (Risk management) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal audits based on the annual audit plan.
• Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance (OJK and PSAK).
• Identify process weaknesses and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and present audit findings in a clear and timely manner.
• Support investigations and special audits when needed.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and ensure implementation.
• Coordinate with business units and external auditors as required.
