Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta is seeking a motivated candidate for our seller community activation role in Jabodetabek and surrounding areas. You will engage members, manage relationships, and support copywriting efforts on WhatsApp channels.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 6 months related experience or internship, strong communication and customer service, and basic to intermediate skills in presentation, spreadsheets, and event organizing. Portfolio allowed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) required.
Excellent Customer Service skills; face-to-face preferable.
Experience in handling complaints with good problem solving skills.
Basic Copywriting Skills; portfolio required.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Basic to Medium Presentation Skills.
Basic to Medium Spreadsheet Skills.
Basic Event Organizing Skills; campus community events experience preferred.
Minimum 6 months experience in related field or internship.
Willing to handle events around Jabodetabek area + Karawang, Serang, Cilegon (1–2 events per month).

Responsibilities

Personal engagement for our top member in the seller community.
Customer Relationship Management with existing and new members.
Manage Whatsapp Channel with member of seller community (copywriting skill is required).
