Responsibilities

• Invite merchants to join community groups (WhatsApp & Facebook).
• Inform the community about latest news, directions, or product updates from central.
• Help merchants resolve any reported issues.
• Invite and conduct offline engagement events (Teras Perwira).
• Create weekly reporting and present OKR results.
