Moell is seeking a Community Manager in Surabaya, Indonesia to develop and grow online communities and spearhead engaging campaigns. You will coordinate with internal teams to run events, webinars, and activation programs, while building strong advocacy through VT Challenges and UGC campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in community management, crisp communication, and a data-driven mindset to monitor engagement and deliver tangible results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
• Experience in community management and/or brand activation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage online communities and execute community events and campaigns.
• Proficient in preparing reports and analyzing community performance.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage the community database (website) and grow WhatsApp Channels/Groups.
• Plan and execute communication activities, including webinars, educational sessions, WhatsApp engagement, and product activation programs.
• Manage advocacy initiatives such as VT Challenges and User-Generated Content (UGC) Campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of community activations.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on community performance and engagement metrics.
