Fab Lab Bali is seeking a Project Support Officer to join our team in Bali. You will help coordinate multidisciplinary programs across community development, research, innovation, and communication, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will manage schedules, documents, stakeholder communications, and field activities in Serangan, while supporting social media, events, procurement, and reporting. Fresh graduates with strong organisation are welcome.

Qualifications

1-3 years project coordination, operations, or admin experience; fresh grads with strong organisation welcome.

Responsabilités

Assist with project planning, coordination, and day-to-day implementation.
Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Organise community engagement activities and coordinate with local communities and participants.
Develop and implement communication activities, including social media content and project updates.
Manage social media channels and create communication materials.
Coordinate meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.
Organise logistics for workshops, events, and field activities.
Monitor project progress and contribute to reporting.
Assist with procurement, administrative tasks, and project record management.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project implementation and communication.
