Job summary

PT Indexim Coalindo seeks an experienced CSR & Community Relations Manager to strengthen engagement with surrounding communities and advance sustainability across mining operations.

You will lead the CSR team at site level, drive programs that protect the social license to operate, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the company’s reputation and social impact through effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social science, communication, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in CSR, community development, or external relations within mining or energy.
• Deep understanding of community engagement, government relations, and social compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR and community programs aligned with corporate objectives and government regulations (PPM, PROPER, ESG).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, social risk mitigation, and grievance handling at site.
• Manage reporting, budgeting, and evaluation of CSR and community development programs.
• Guide and mentor CSR officers and site-based teams to ensure effective program delivery.
