Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK in West Java seeks a senior leader to head Security and CSR/ESR, aligning strategies with corporate objectives and mining experience.

You will build relationships with communities, government agencies, NGOs, conduct needs assessments, plan and evaluate programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to stakeholders.

Placement: Subang, West Java; Bachelor's required with 5 years in similar roles; strong leadership and MS Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Psychology, Social, or Government.
• At least have 5 years of working experience as Head of Security and CSR/ESR.
• Proven track record in managing security and CSR execution in similar industry or in mining and international company.
• In-depth knowledge of security regulations, EHS standards, and industrial access control systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other external stakeholders.

• Manage community engagement activities to foster positive relationships and address community concerns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies related to social and community development.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and program documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability and social initiatives into business operations.
• Manage external partners, consultants, and vendors involved in community development programs.
