Job summary

PT Jawa Satu Power is seeking an experienced CSR Leader to steer strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and social risk management. You will lead the CSR team, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure programs meet regulatory and lender requirements while delivering community impact.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in social sciences (Master’s preferred), 8–10 years in CSR-related fields, and at least 4 years in a leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field.
• 8–10 years of CSR, sustainability, external or public affairs experience.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Governance: Review and improve CSR strategies, procedures, and guidelines to align with business needs and regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement & External Relations: Lead engagement strategies with local government, communities, NGOs, and partners.
• Social Risk & Grievance Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate social risks and coordinate grievance resolution.
• CSR & Sustainability Programs: Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate CSR and community development programs.
• Social Impact Assessment: Oversee assessments related to plant operations and new projects.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure reporting of CSR programs and stakeholder activities in line with requirements.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead and coach CSR team, set KPIs and performance management.
• HSE & Emergency Response: Ensure CSR activities comply with HSE procedures and assist with emergency coordination.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments and partners to coordinate CSR initiatives.
