MISO Pet Food in Jakarta is seeking a Community and Affiliate Partnership Coordinator to build and manage partnerships with content creators, pet communities, and partners across Indonesia. You will own affiliate programs end-to-end, recruit new partners, and drive creator campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in creator, affiliate marketing, and community partnerships.
• Proven track record managing partnerships end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating influencer campaigns with Instagram and TikTok creators.
• Ability to build trust-based partnerships and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

Community and Affiliate Partnership Coordinator

Help MISO build meaningful relationships with content creators, pet communities, and partners who share the mission of helping pets live healthier lives. You'll work directly with the founders, have real ownership, and help shape how MISO builds relationships with creators, communities, and partners across Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and build relationships with affiliates, pet communities and content creators
• Manage and support the execution of affiliate partnerships, creator campaigns, and community activations
• Track affiliate and partnership performance, share insights, and recommend ideas to improve future campaigns
• Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing team to develop engaging promotional campaigns and assets
• Stay updated on pet food/pet supply trends, and marketing best practices
• Explore collaboration opportunities with communities, clubs, events, and organizations

Who we are looking for

• 1-3 years relevant experience in creator, affiliate marketing & community partnership
• Track record managing partnerships end-to-end - identify, recruit, onboard new affiliates, including content creators and affiliate partners
• Coordinated influencer campaigns from outreach to follow-up
• Worked closely with Instagram and TikTok creators
• Believes great partnerships are built on trust, not transactions
• Loves meeting people and building genuine relationships
• Is proactive, organized, and follows through
