Job summary

BIOTA Smart Home in Jakarta is seeking a strategic and data‑driven KOL & Affiliate Specialist to lead influencer and affiliate programs and manage a small team to support high‑impact campaigns that drive sales. You will oversee KOL and affiliate initiatives for BIOTA and Matrix, collaborate with Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Design, and mentor two Affiliators to continuously improve performance.

• Identify and partner with key influencers and affiliates in Home Living.

Job Overview

BIOTA Smart Home is a fast‑growing smart home and pet tech brand. We are looking for a strategic and data‑driven KOL & Affiliate Specialist to lead our influencer and affiliate programs while managing a team of affiliators to support high‑impact marketing campaigns that drive sales.

This role will oversee KOL and affiliate initiatives for two brands:

• BIOTA (Smart Home & Pet Tech)
• Matrix (STB, Antennas, Remotes, and Cables)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify, approach, and build partnerships with key influencers and affiliates, particularly within the Home Living sector.
• Develop KOL and affiliate plans for daily activities and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
• Create and execute KOL and affiliate strategies focused on conversion and consideration goals to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
• Manage end‑to‑end paid KOL programs, including influencer selection, negotiation, briefing, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Lead negotiations to secure beneficial partnerships and collaboration agreements.
• Prepare clear and detailed briefs for KOLs and affiliates, including key messages, talking points, deliverables, content formats, do’s and don’ts, and posting schedules.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two Affiliators (one for BIOTA and one for Matrix), ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Graphic Design teams to support campaign execution.
• Monitor and prepare reports for upcoming, ongoing, and completed KOL and affiliate programs.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proven experience 2+ years leading and mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing, social media, and e‑commerce landscape.
• Experience managing KOL and affiliate campaigns with conversion and sales‑focused objectives is highly preferred.
• Ability to develop KOL and affiliate strategies aligned with overall marketing campaign goals.
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify relevant influencers, especially within the Home Living category.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools.
• Ability to create clear, insightful, and actionable reports.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.
