Job summary

LYD Bali Group seeks a Commis III (Daily Worker) to support the kitchen team at Bokashi. You will assist in daily food preparation, plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene in line with SOPs, under the guidance of senior staff.

The role requires basic cooking knowledge, kitchen operations familiarity, and a strong work ethic suitable for a fast-paced environment. Immediate start on a daily worker basis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as Commis III or Kitchen Helper.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• Familiar with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Able to follow recipes and SOPs from senior staff.
• Willing to support daily kitchen operations including prep, plating, and cleaning.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen under pressure.
• Physical fitness to stand long hours.
• Punctual, responsible, and a team player.
• Available to start immediately as daily worker.

Responsibilities

This role assists senior kitchen staff in basic cooking, ingredient preparation, plating, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with established SOPs.**Requirements:** – Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience as Commis III or Kitchen Helper in a restaurant or hotel kitchen – Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking techniques – Familiar with food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards – Able to follow recipes, instructions, and SOPs from senior kitchen staff – Willing to support daily kitchen operations, including food prep, plating assistance, and cleaning duties – Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and under pressure – Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn – Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays – Physically fit and able to stand for long periods – Punctual, responsible, and able to work well in a team – Experience with Japanese or Asian cuisine is an advantage – Available to work on a daily worker basis and start immediately (preferred)
