The role covers formulating marketing strategies to lift product sales, confirming product quality per contract, achieving sales targets, evaluating activities, and managing SAP-based monthly purchasing and revenue closing, plus vendor and customer assessments.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and formulating Company’s marketing strategies to increase sales of company products.
• Ensuring the product quality delivered is in accordance with the specifications agreed in the sales contract.
• Ensuring sales targets achieved (quantity of sales, delivery to payment) and delivery of products to customer.
• Conducting sales activity evaluation periodically.
• Providing services to customers to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty for the product.
• Marketing products, maximizing promotions from various media, negotiating and preparing sales contracts.
• Ensuring the adequacy of raw materials to meet production targets in order to maintain the availability of products according to customer demand.
• Preparing monthly purchasing and sales achievement reports with Company’s system (SAP) including preparation of purchasing and sales closing data (monthly).
• Responsible for the vendor and customer assesments prior the purchasing and selling activities.
• Purchasing the domestic and foreign goods and/or services (including raw materials) for Company.
• Ensuring all purchasing administration works run according to the purchasing process including the submission of invoice process after goods and/services completed.
