Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee purchasing, supplier management, logistics and inventory to ensure on-time delivery at the right cost and quality. The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and English proficiency, with a background in ERP systems and MS Office.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably with supervisory experience, and a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Purchasing/Procurement, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, logistics, inventory and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities.
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure materials and goods are delivered on time according to specifications.
• Coordinate logistics, warehouse, and inventory activities.
• Monitor purchasing costs and supplier performance.
• Improve purchasing processes and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop the purchasing and logistics team.
• Prepare purchasing and supply chain reports for Management.
