Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Purchasing professional to coordinate material purchases, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery for manufacturing operations. You will handle POs, vendor evaluations, and inventory planning, while driving cost efficiency and policy compliance across departments.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing procurement, with strong English and Indonesian communication skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field.
• 3–5 years in purchasing/procurement/supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the purchase of raw materials, packaging, and other goods for manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing.
• Process purchase orders and monitor fulfillment for timely delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct supplier evaluations to maintain reliable, quality-approved vendors.
• Manage inventory levels with warehouse/production teams to balance stock and storage costs.
• Track procurement metrics like cost savings and supplier performance.
• Prepare requisitions and procurement reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and cost-reduction programs.
• Liaise with internal departments to align procurement with operational needs.
