Job summary

BD Jakarta is seeking a results‑driven SIOP and Commercial Operations analyst to support monthly forecasting, demand planning, and inventory analytics. You will consolidate sales, inventory, and demand data, monitor stock levels, and prepare reports for monthly SIOP reviews and product launches.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate sales, inventory, and demand data
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and backorder situations
• Prepare reports and presentations for monthly SIOP reviews
• Support product launch and inventory readiness planning activities
• Coordinate with distributors to obtain inventory, sales, and operational reports
• Maintain distributor performance trackers and dashboards
• Monitor distributor inventory levels and stock aging
• Assist in resolving operational issues related to order fulfillment and inventory management
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of distributor-reported data
• Prepare routine commercial reports and performance dashboards
• Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and business performance metrics
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities through data preparation
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and reporting efficiency
• Support implementation of standardized procedures and best practices
• Maintain process documentation and reporting guidelines
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and business governance requirements
• Support audit preparation and data validation activities
• Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and automated reports
• Assist in automating recurring data consolidation and reporting tasks
• Participate in regional automation and digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with SEA stakeholders to improve report effectiveness and data visibility
• Support data cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives

Job Description

• Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Support monthly forecasting and demand planning activities Consolidate and analyze sales, inventory, and demand data Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and backorder situations Assist in identifying inventory risks and supply gaps Prepare reports and presentations for monthly SIOP reviews Support product launch and inventory readiness planning activities
• Distributor Management Coordinate with distributors to obtain inventory, sales, and operational reports Maintain distributor performance trackers and dashboards Monitor distributor inventory levels and stock aging Support distributor business review preparation and follow-up actions Assist in resolving operational issues related to order fulfillment and inventory management Ensure completeness and accuracy of distributor-reported data
• Expiry & Obsolete (E&O) Management Monitor inventory aging and product expiry status Maintain monthly E&O tracking reports and supporting documentation Assist in preparing expiry and obsolete inventory accrual calculations Work with sales and supply chain teams to identify mitigation opportunities Track execution of inventory reduction and stock rotation actions Support periodic inventory reviews and reconciliation activities
• Commercial Operations & Business Analytics Prepare routine commercial reports and performance dashboards Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and business performance metrics Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews Ensure data accuracy across reports and analytical tool. Provide insights and recommendations based on business data analysis Support forecasting and budgeting activities through data preparation
• Process Improvement & Governance Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and reporting efficiency Support implementation of standardized procedures and best practices Maintain process documentation and reporting guidelines Ensure compliance with internal controls and business governance requirements Support audit preparation and data validation activities
• SEA Data Automation Support Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and automated reports Assist in automating recurring data consolidation and reporting tasks Participate in regional automation and digital transformation projects Collaborate with SEA stakeholders to improve report effectiveness and data visibility Support data cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives Help reduce manual reporting efforts through automation tools and process enhancements
