Job summary

Diageo Americas in Jakarta seeks a Commercial Excellence Manager to drive commercial performance across our premium drinks portfolio using best-in-class frameworks, data-driven insights, and execution excellence. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Operations to unlock profitable growth.

You will lead pricing/mix optimization, RTM improvements, SFE programs, and the development of dashboards and CRM adoption to ensure strong performance visibility and repeatable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in commercial excellence, sales strategy, or related roles in FMCG/beverage/alcohol context.
• Proven track record improving pricing, revenue, and channel execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategy into actionable execution plans across channels and markets.
• Develop pricing, promotions, trade investment and insights frameworks to optimize revenue.
• Drive RTM optimization, distribution, call effectiveness, and customer segmentation.
