Job summary

Iron Bird Logistic (Bluebirdgroup) is seeking a Finance Analyst to drive pricing decisions and profitability analysis. You will develop pricing models based on costs, routes, and margins, and review the impact of fuel, tolls, driver, and maintenance costs on pricing.

You will collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Management to prepare quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals, delivering insights and recommendations for customer proposals and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Finance Analyst, Commercial Finance, Pricing Analyst, FP&A, Business Analyst, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, cost structure, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Have experience in pricing analysis / pricing strategy, preferably in logistics, transportation, trucking, 3PL, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
• Able to perform cost calculation, pricing simulation, margin analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Able to support the Commercial team in quotation, tender pricing, price simulation, and commercial proposal preparation.
• Able to develop and evaluate pricing models based on operational costs, customer requirements, volume, routes, and target margins.
• Experience in logistics, trucking, transportation, 3PL, or supply chain is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of revenue, cost, margin, and profitability to support business decision-making.

• Monitor actual cost versus pricing assumptions and identify potential margin leakage.
• Collaborate with the Commercial team in preparing quotations, tenders, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Provide financial analysis and pricing recommendations to support customer proposals and business opportunities.
• Evaluate the financial impact of discounts, special rates, rebates, and other commercial arrangements.
• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Management to provide financial and commercial insights.

Job Qualification :
