Job summary

• Manage collection activities and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Contact customers regarding payment status and payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment solutions in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and update customer payment status, outstanding balances, and collection progress.
• Manage, update, and maintain accurate customer and collection data in the company system/database.
• Review and analyze collection data to identify overdue accounts and required follow-ups.
• Prepare regular collection reports and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations regarding payment status, collection issues, and data discrepancies.
• Follow up and escalate overdue or problematic accounts when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of collection activities and customer communication.
• Perform other collection-related administrative and data management tasks as required.
