Job summary

PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance is seeking a litigation professional to develop and execute strategies for write-off and overdue accounts. The role involves reviewing cases, advising on feasibility, and coordinating with external parties to maximize recovery.

The ideal candidate should hold a law degree, understand civil and criminal law related to financing, and be proficient in litigation handling and evidence management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Strong understanding of civil and criminal law, particularly in financing.
• Knowledge of litigation and legal case handling.
• Strong document and legal evidence management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop national and regional litigation strategies for write-off and non-performing loan accounts.
• Conduct legal reviews and provide legal advice and litigation feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with external parties, including law firms, courts, notaries, and police.
• Analyze debtor data and overdue portfolios to prioritize litigation and maximize recovery.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable laws.
• Monitor litigation progress and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Provide legal collection training and guidance to branch Collection teams.
• Collaborate with Branch Support & Compliance to develop litigation policies, SOPs, and supporting tools.
