Job summary

CIMB Niaga in Jakarta seeks a Specialist in Mortgage & SME Asset Management Team 1 to manage and reduce NPL accounts through pre- and post-litigation actions, asset strategies, and settlements.

You will report to the EBB Head and coordinate with regulators and external partners while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role emphasizes target setting for recovery and collaborative efforts across groups.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning
• Collaboration with Group Head for setting targets (cash collection, provision write back, WO recovery, NPL reduction)
• Analyze and recommend the appropriate account strategy for optimum recovery and minimizing credit losses
• Ensure strategies comply with internal policies and external regulations
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with borrowers, regulators (OJK/BI/BNM), auditors, notaries, lawyers, appraisers, private auctioneers, and other parties in the remedial/settlement process
• Collaborate across departments to support the remedial/settlement process
