Eighty One Coffee, a rapidly growing specialty coffee brand, is seeking a Marketing Manager in Jakarta to shape its marketing strategy and strengthen brand positioning within the Indonesian coffee market. Based in Cilandak and Tangerang, you will lead campaigns across digital, social, events, and advertising to drive engagement and revenue.

You will manage a marketing team, analyse market trends, collaborate with product and operations, and optimise the budget for ROI.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a senior marketing role in the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness, engage with target customers, and drive sales growth.
• Create and oversee all marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and advertising; ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Manage and lead the marketing team with mentorship and guidance for successful delivery of initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
• Collaborate with product and operations to align marketing with business objectives and ROI.
