Job summary

Allure Industries, a leader in aluminum doors, windows, and architectural systems in Indonesia, seeks a Coating Line Supervisor to oversee pretreatment, liquid coating, and curing processes. You will lead shift operators, ensure film thickness, gloss, adhesion, and weather resistance meet strict standards, and enforce HSE and 5S on the shop floor.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial coatings, strong knowledge of pretreatment steps, and the ability to optimize oven temperatures around 232°C

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in industrial/manufacturing painting or coating production.
• Deep understanding of aluminum pretreatment processes and 2-coat/3-coat liquid coating applications.
• Proficient in setting high-temperature curing oven parameters (around 232°C) and coating quality testing standards (AAMA).
• Familiar with chemical/solvent MSDS, hazardous waste management (B3), and safety procedures (K3).
• Strong leadership, communication, field troubleshooting, and strict SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift operator team, assign daily tasks, and manage schedules to meet daily output targets.
• Oversee pretreatment stages (degreasing, etching, chromatin/rinsing) with high precision.
• Control 2-coat/3-coat liquid coating applications (primer, base, clear) and oven parameters.
• Perform instrument-based quality inspections and rapid troubleshooting of coating defects.
• Manage materials to minimize waste and enforce safety procedures on site.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, QC, PPIC, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
