Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage administrative tasks for research projects in Medan. You will ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and act as the primary contact for study participants.
The role involves collaborating with doctors, lab analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff, and preparing periodic reports for the Clinical Research team. Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing with a valid license is required.
Manage administrative tasks related to the research project.
Ensure research processes strictly follow study protocols and maintain accurate data collection from all sources.
Recruit participants, provide comprehensive information about the project, and serve as the primary contact person for study participants.
Coordinate effectively with the study team, including doctors, lab analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff.
Prepare and submit regular reports on study activities to the Clinical Research team.
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing with active professional license.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English; is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and experiences in clinical trials is preferred.
Open to work in a team work & individual; to organize a team or a group of trials participants.
Responsive, creative, and adaptable to manage changes and solving problems.
Willing to be placed in Siloam Medan Area.
