Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage administrative tasks for research projects in Medan. You will ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and act as the primary contact for study participants.

The role involves collaborating with doctors, lab analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff, and preparing periodic reports for the Clinical Research team. Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing with a valid license is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing with active professional license.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English; is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and experiences in clinical trials is preferred.
  • Open to team and individual work; able to organize a team or group of trial participants.
