Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Research Project Coordinator to manage administrative tasks, recruit participants, and serve as the primary contact for study participants in Jakarta. You will ensure protocols are followed and data is accurately collected across sources, coordinating with doctors, analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of GCP and clinical trials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine with active professional license.
• Strong written and spoken English communication preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trials experience preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine with active professional license.

Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English; is preferred

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and experiences in clinical trials is preferred.

Open to work in a team work & individual; to organize a team or a group of trials participants.

Responsive, creative, and adaptable to manage changes and solving problems.

Willing to be placed in Siloam Jakarta Area.
