Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage administrative tasks for research projects in Medan. You will ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and act as the primary contact for study participants.

The role involves collaborating with doctors, lab analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff, and preparing periodic reports for the Clinical Research team. Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing with a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Nursing with active professional license.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English; is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and experiences in clinical trials is preferred.
• Open to team and individual work; able to organize a team or group of trial participants.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks related to the research project.
• Ensure research processes follow study protocols and maintain accurate data collection from all sources.
• Recruit participants and provide comprehensive information about the project; serve as primary contact for participants.
• Coordinate with the study team including doctors, lab analysts, pharmacists, nurses, and front office staff.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on study activities to the Clinical Research team.
