Job summary

The role emphasizes quality and safety, prompt reporting of critical results, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Minimum Vocational High School Graduate in Health Analysis; hospital lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests (hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces, body fluids).
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Strong data entry and result reporting skills to support timely diagnoses.
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory examinations per predetermined procedures and SOPs.
• Prioritize critical results (CITO, CCU) and report promptly to doctors or nurses.
• Record and organize storage and procurement of reagents and materials.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, availability, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure complete and timely examination data through accurate data entry.
• Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities.
