Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma of Health Analyst.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting is a must (at least 3 years).
• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory examinations related to hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluids to support a doctor's diagnosis.
• Perform examinations in accordance with SOPs and enter data into the system to ensure complete and timely data.
• Data entry and release of examination results per needs and requests.
• Prioritize reporting of critical results to doctors or nurses for timely action.
• Record usage and request maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure availability.
• Organize storage of examination results to keep data complete and accessible.
• Oversee procurement/receipt/use of reagents for smooth operations.
• Collect data and/or prepare reports on operational activities for superiors.
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend training to support hospital targets.
