Job summary

MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi, part of Siloam Hospitals Group in Jakarta, is seeking a Laboratory Technician (Clinical Pathology) to perform hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid tests according to SOPs. You will input data and ensure complete, timely examination reports to support physician diagnoses.

Applicants should have a minimum Diploma of Health Analyst with at least 3 years in a clinical or hospital lab, proficiency in lab tests and equipment, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma of Health Analyst.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting is a must (at least 3 years).
• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out laboratory examinations related to hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluids to support a doctor's diagnosis.
• Carry out data entry into the system used to ensure the availability of complete and timely examination data.
• Prioritize reporting of critical results (CITO, CCU) so doctors or nurses can act quickly.
• Record usage and request for equipment, perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment available.
• Record and organize storage of examination results to ensure completeness and availability for doctors and patients.
• Record and organize procurement/receipt/use of reagents to ensure smooth services.
• Collect required data and/or prepare reports related to operational activities for superiors.
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including training, data collection, and reporting.
