Siloam Hospitals Group in Bekasi is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid tests according to SOPs and predetermined procedures. The role includes data entry, timely release of results, and prioritizing critical reports for physicians.

Ideal candidates have a Vocational High School Health Analyst background, experience in a clinical or hospital setting, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out laboratory examinations related to hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluids in accordance with predetermined procedures and service standards.
• Carry out hematology, chemistry, serology, urine, feces and body fluid examinations in accordance with SOPs and enter data into the system.
• Data entry and data release of examination results to ensure complete and timely data availability.
• Prioritize reporting of critical (CITO/CCU) results to doctors or nurses quickly.
• Record usage and arrange procurement and maintenance of equipment to ensure service continuity.
• Record and organize storage of examination results to ensure accessibility.
• Record procurement/receipt/use of reagents to maintain smooth services.
• Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities for superiors.
• Implement quality and safety procedures, including training, data collection, and reporting.
