Clinical Applicant (Surgical Consumable)

• 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a health-related field such as Nursing, Health Analyst, Biomedical, or related field.
• 2. 1-5 years of experience in Clinical Application, Clinical Support, Product Specialist, or similar roles within the medical device industry.
• 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 4. Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• 5. Ability to conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and training sessions.
• 6. Experience in assisting surgical procedures is preferred.
• 7. Strong teamwork skill, adaptable, and quick learner
• 8. Strong ability to communicate clinical information clearly, accurately, and professionally to healthcare professionals.

Job Description :

• 1. Provide product training and clinical support to healthcare professionals on the proper use of Surgical Consumables products.
• 2. Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
• 3. Assist healthcare professionals during surgical procedures and product implementation.
• 4. Conduct clinical evaluations, troubleshoot product-related issues, and ensure compliance with patient safety and clinical standards.
• 5. Provide clinical insights and product expertise to support product positioning and marketing initiatives.
• 6. Support marketing and sales initiatives through clinical data presentation, product demonstrations, clinical needs analysis, and participation in scientific activities such as workshops and seminars.
• 7. Gather customer feedback and clinical insights to support product improvement and market development.
