Job summary

PT Oneject Indonesia is seeking a Product Specialist to manage and develop hospital accounts across inpatient, ED, pharmacy, procurement, and medical support units in Jakarta. You will conduct product presentations, in-service trainings, and product trials for healthcare professionals, while building strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital management.

The role requires at least one year in medical devices; strong sales drive, excellent communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/Nursing/Apothecary Profession/Medical Laboratory Technology/Public Health, or other Sciences major (preferred)
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Product Specialist / Clinical Specialist / Application Specialist Specialist in medical devices company (principal)
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong product detailing and customer engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market and competitor analysis.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel and be relocated as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Own a personal vehicle and have a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
