Job summary

PT Teman Perempuan Sehati seeks a Clinic Manager & General Practitioner to provide comprehensive medical consultations, manage daily clinic operations, and deliver patient-centered care from intake to follow-up. You will document records, educate patients, and coordinate referrals within a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an MD with active STR/SIP eligibility, 3–5 years of GP experience, and strong clinical judgment. English proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• MD with valid STR and SIP eligibility.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner; leadership/clinic management exposure preferred.
• Proficient English communication is advantageous.
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient experience.
• Provide comprehensive medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans in line with evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and external partners for seamless care.
• Document medical records accurately in EMR/SOAP and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients on conditions, options, preventive care, and healthy lifestyles.
• Oversee pharmacy inventory, diagnostics coordination, and clinic assets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
