Job summary

PT Teman Perempuan Sehati is seeking a Clinic Manager & General Practitioner (Medical Concierge) to provide comprehensive medical consultations, accurate documentation, and patient-centered care from intake to follow-up. You will lead clinic operations, coordinate referrals, supervise staff, and drive service quality while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Proficiency in English is an asset and weekend rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• MD with active medical license (STR) required.
• Active SIP or eligible to obtain one.
• 3-5 years of clinical GP experience; leadership exp preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Willing to work rotating weekends/holidays based on operational needs.
• Proficiency in English an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and patient experience.
• Provide comprehensive GP consultations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists, labs, and external partners for seamless care.
• Supervise clinic staff including Customer Concierge, PAs, Pharmacists, and operations team.
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, clinical protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical meetings.
