MHDC Group (Medikids & MHDC clinic) is seeking a Clinic Manager to drive growth, optimize operations, and deliver an exceptional patient experience across Indonesia. You will lead clinic performance, develop growth strategies, and manage a high-performing team to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include expanding patient acquisition, monitoring metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize marketing and clinic performance.

• 3+ years of experience in managing business operations, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
