PT Fiwi Lestari Internasional (Avia Tour) seeks an Account Executive Staff to manage client relationships, handle travel inquiries, and ensure excellent service delivery to support business growth.

You will build strong relationships with clients, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare proposals, and work with internal teams to deliver quotes, reservations, and itineraries while monitoring account performance and supporting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication is preferred).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Account Executive, Sales, Customer Service, or related role.
• Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Handle client inquiries, travel requests, quotations, reservations, and itinerary arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and operational support.
• Follow up on client requests and provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and support long term client relationships.
• Assist in preparing proposals and travel related service offerings for corporate and individual clients.
• Monitor account performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Support the achievement of sales and business targets.
