Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking operations experience.
• Knowledge of custody operations and related processes.
• Understanding of capital markets and banking regulations.
• Familiarity with custody/back-office software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of client services activities per SOP and regulatory guidelines.
• Support Head of CS in coaching and supervising staff in Client Services.
• Maintain systematic filing of documents and restrict access to originals.
• Review staff job descriptions, responsibilities and performance with Head of CS.
• Motivate, coach and train staff to build efficient teamwork and competencies.
• Participate in quarterly reviews with partners to discuss quality and growth plans.
• Manage client inquiries and coordinate with other units to provide support.
