Job summary

PT Bank CTBC Indonesia is seeking a Senior Liabilities Product Manager to lead development and management of retail liabilities products such as savings, current accounts, and time deposits.

You will drive product strategy, pricing, campaigns, and customer value propositions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver enhancements and digital initiatives while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance in the Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience in banking or financial services with liabilities products.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian banking market, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with market data interpretation.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to implementation and performance evaluation.
• Monitor portfolio performance, funding mix, and key metrics; propose growth initiatives.
• Ensure product governance and regulatory compliance.
