Job summary

PT Victory International - Satrio Jakarta is seeking a Customer Relations Officer for the Jakarta metropolitan area. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, handling inquiries, and delivering timely support across multiple channels.

You will follow up on requests, assist with account information, coordinate with internal teams, monitor satisfaction, and promote our trading services to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective client relations.
• Demonstrated customer support experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Analytical skills to understand client needs, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Clear and professional communication in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta Metropolitan Area and collaborate within a team environment.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, forex, indices, or commodities is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred.
