Job summary

PT Pan Asia Niaga is hiring a Client Development Associate in Jakarta to identify new client opportunities, introduce Pan Asia's commodity futures products, and manage onboarding with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.

You will receive structured training covering product knowledge, onboarding, and market insights, and you will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, commodities or investment products.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to make outbound calls/emails, follow-ups and actively develop a client pipeline.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work towards measurable targets.
• Experience in financial services or related client-facing industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, events, digital channels and other approved sources.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through appropriate communication channels.
• Understand prospective clients' interests, trading objectives and experience and introduce relevant Pan Asia products within guidelines.
• Support the conversion of qualified prospects into funded and active clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of exchange-traded commodity futures and Pan Asia's product suite.
• Learn and explain product specifications, contract characteristics, margin requirements, trading procedures, platform functionality and risks.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Support clients through onboarding and account activation.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect and client activity in CRM.
