Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
• Understand client needs and provide clear information about products and services.
• Convert leads and guide onboarding and account opening.
• Maintain engagement with existing clients to support retention.
• Reconnect with inactive clients and identify renewal opportunities.
• Update client database with interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve client queries.
