Job summary

Job description

Proven experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, luxury service or customer service environments

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously

Proficiency in using computer reservation systems, property management software and Microsoft Office applications

Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed whilst handling difficult situations or challenging guests

Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and going above and beyond expectations

Knowledge of Bali, local attractions and services (preferred but not essential for candidates willing to learn)

Fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese or other Asian languages (desirable)

High level of discretion, professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive guest information

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays as required
