Job Description

• Lead day-to-day Front Office operations, serving as the senior reference point for the reception team in the absence of the Room Division Supervisor
• Oversee check-in/check-out flow and reservations coordination
• Resolve guest requests and complaints
• Ensure guest-facing service consistently reflects the resort's brand standards
• Manage cash handling and shift closing procedures
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Guest Experience to anticipate guest needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office / Guest Services role, ideally with some team-lead exposure, at a boutique hotel, retreat center or villa
• Working knowledge of PMS / reservation systems
• Fluent conversational English (required, given the international guest profile)
• Strong guest-service orientation and composure under pressure
• Basic cash handling and shift administration experience
