Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as Supervisor/Field Staff at a contractor company.
• Able to read work drawings and understand project specifications.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years experience as Supervisor/Field Staff at a contractor company

Understanding of construction processes and field work implementation

Able to read work drawings and understand project technical specifications

Good coordination and communication skills

Able to lead and direct labour and subcontractors

Understanding of K3 implementation and workplace safety standards in projects

Able to work with time targets and project work pressure

Willing to be placed at project locations as needed by the company

Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD skills are an added value

Disciplined, responsible, firm attitude, and able to work independently and in teams
