Job summary

Samara Lombok is seeking a Civil QA/QC Inspector to provide independent daily inspection coverage across infrastructure works. You will verify contractor work, materials and records against drawings, specs and QA requirements, and support handover with thorough snagging and documentation.

You should have 3–5 years in civil/infrastructure inspection, with practical knowledge of concrete, earthworks and roadworks, and experience with NCRs, checklists and handover processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of civil/infrastructure inspection experience.
• Practical knowledge of concrete, roadworks, drainage, earthworks and compaction quality requirements.
• Experience with inspection checklists, test records, NCRs, snagging and handover documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent day-to-day inspection and QA/QC coverage for infrastructure work fronts.
• Inspect roads, drainage, earthworks, concrete, retaining structures, utilities trenches and enabling works.
• Verify work against drawings, specs, method statements, and QA requirements.
• Inspect materials and workmanship before installation and during critical points.
• Witness and record field/lab tests such as concrete testing and compaction tests.
• Identify non-conforming work and track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain inspection records, test results, checklists and snag lists.
• Support pre-handover inspections, snagging and rectification before handover.
