Job summary

Construction QA/QC on-site position based in Lamongan requires monitoring and control of construction quality to meet project specifications and drawings. You will perform site evaluations, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions to ensure continuous quality improvements.

You will inspect materials quality, oversee soil testing activities (Modified Proctor, Sand Cone, Plate Bearing, CBR), and supervise testing procedures for concrete, steel, and asphalt to ensure compliance

• Able to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and material test results accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Honest, disciplined, detail-oriented, and decisive with a positive attitude.
• High sense of responsibility and dedication to achieving project objectives.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines on a dynamic site.
• Willing to work in Lamongan.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the quality of construction work on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and drawings.
• Carry out regular site evaluations, identify non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve work quality.
• Inspect, verify, and control the quality of materials used in the project to ensure they meet approved standards and technical requirements.
• Understand, supervise, and evaluate soil testing activities, including Modified Proctor Test, Sand Cone Test, Plate Bearing Test, and CBR Test.
• Understand and monitor quality testing procedures for construction materials such as concrete, steel, and asphalt to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
