Job summary

PT PRIMAJASATAMA GLOBALINDO is seeking a Construction Inspector to oversee field inspections of building structures and construction processes in Surabaya. You will verify alignment with drawings and RAB, monitor material quality, and report progress daily and weekly.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 2–3 years of related experience or fresh graduates ready to start. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as Construction Inspector, QA/QC Inspector, Site Engineer, or similar position on construction projects (buildings/infrastructure).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Deep understanding of technical drawings (shop drawings & as-built drawings), work plans and specifications (RKS), and project technical specifications.
Proficiency in construction operational standards, material testing procedures, and occupational safety and health regulations (K3/HSE).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic project management programs.

Responsibilities

Conduct field inspections of building structures (foundations, columns, beams) and construction processes.
Verify that field implementation matches technical drawings (blueprints) and Budget Plans (RAB).
Monitor quality and storage of building materials to prevent damage or contamination.
Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
Ensure Safety and Health standards are applied in project areas.
