Job summary

PT CIRA International in Jakarta is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise construction sites, ensuring quality across all phases and coordinating design during construction.

You will manage supply chains, oversee equipment installation, and prepare progress reports to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Strong leadership and 2+ years’ experience, with AutoCAD/SketchUp/MS Office proficiency, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with strong technical know-how.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related fields.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.
• HSSE training and K3 certificates preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
• Strong time management and deadline-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

Supervise and inspect the construction site to ensure the desired level of quality met all phases.

Review the engineering design is applicable during construction

Coordinate with the material supply chain to provide required supplies.

Supervise and facilitate equipment and component installation to ensure that every process is running according to standards.

Prepare construction progress reports from the site to be provided to the construction manager.

Monitor the material and tools spending to stay on budget.

Assist Site Manager in preparing schedules and ensure appropriate filing and paperwork.

Collaborate with the Site and HSSE Manager to provide all the safety needs.

Maintain records of all construction dates and project costs.

Provide required documents for all implementations and activities on site.

Qualifications

Have a degree in Civil Engineering as with a strong technical know-how

Minimum 2 years’ of experience in related fields.

Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Ms Office.

Have attended HSSE training and have K3 certificates are preferred.

Display good communication and interpersonal skills with strong capability in maintaining relationships.
