Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a hands-on sales leader to own omnichannel sales, distributor operations, and offline store management within a specified city. You will build and lead local sales teams, maintain distributor relationships, and drive regional targets through data-driven channel strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 3C digital channel experience, end-to-end offline channel know-how, and strong skills in negotiation and coaching to foster growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 3C digital channel management experience is highly preferred; home appliance or PC industry backgrounds will be considered; FMCG retail channel experience is acceptable.
• End-to-end operation experience covering traditional offline channels and distributor account management.
• Solid capability in leading mid-to-large teams; able to establish teams of up to 100 staff; implement target management and provide coaching.
• Strong skills in business negotiation, data analysis and channel operation with drive for growth.

• Industry Background: Candidates with 3C digital channel management experience are highly preferred. Applicants with home appliance or PC industry backgrounds will also be considered. FMCG retail channel experience is acceptable.
